SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY OF RENATO B. GOMEZ FROM HENRY F. RODRIGUEZ NOTED BY THE SUPREME COURT
In behalf of Mr. Henry F. Rodriguez, the Supreme Court NOTES the authority given to Mr. Renato B. Gomez as his duly recognized Attorney-in-fact. The Minute Resolution was issued last March 2018, the Supreme Court GRANTING his request for certified copies of the Court documents. Please take note that the Supreme Court NEVER declared the entire proceedings expunged as alleged by some quarters. In fact, by all accounts, the June 22, 2011 Supreme Court Decision has clearly declared the RTC AMENDED DECISION dated August 13, 1999 with Certificate of Finality dated January 17, 2000 to be FINAL and EXECUTORY and has become IMMUTABLE and UNALTERABLE, and this PRECLUDES even the Court that rendered it or even the Highest Court in the land from modifying it.

Deogenes Olfindo Rodriguez never participated in any Court proceedings to determine the rightful heirs. The real heirs of the estate of the late Hermogenes Rodriguez y Reyes and Antonio Rodriguez y Reyes never issued Certificates of Occupancy since these never convey any rights of any kind whatsoever.
